Chicago Masters is happy to offer a wide variety
of swimming
opportunities for all masters swimmers. We have lanes available for
athletes at
every training level, from staying in shape to Iron Man Triathlon
qualifiers to
swimmers who remain competitive. We have access to the 50 meter
pool at the
1. Labor Day to New Year’s
2. New Year’s to April 30
3. May to Labor Day
Each session will cost $175, which includes pool
time and
coaching. We also offer a rate of $75 per session for full time
students under
25. Please fill out the enclosed Chicago
Masters form and return to Paul Moniak. Make
checks payable to: Chicago Masters Swim
Club. In
addition you MUST register with
NOTICE: YOU
MUST REGISTER AS A UNITED STATES MASTERS
SWIMMER! The registration
provides the necessary insurance that will allow you to swim at UIC and
participate in USMS sanctioned events.
For those entering a training session midway or are in town for a few days per week, we offer the following fees:
1. $75 per month
2. $40 per week
3. $10 per day
You can register for an entire calendar year ($500). Make checks payable to: UIC Swimming & Diving. This will act as a donation to UIC Swimming & Diving team’s winter training trip and are tax deductible.
The above fees cover our costs, but we also have
various
fundraisers throughout the year. This will primarily be done by
hosting
United States Masters Swimming (USMS) meets, and assisting UIC during
their
home meets. Since these activities allow our organization to
exist, we
need everyone’s help in making these events work.
We are extremely

cooperation; we will be
able to grow.
